Every new Minus 5 release is in some way a complete surprise. Due to the ever-changing lineup, you can never quite tell what a Minus 5 album will be other than good.
In Rock is exactly what the title suggests, a rock album. There are still some jangle-pop and alt-country tendencies on the album, but in general it just rocks.
