Bilingual is an experiment in Latin rhythms. It mostly stinks and isn't worth owning as a part of an otherwise strong Pet Shop Boys collection. "Red Letter Day" is a nice song that doesn't get too far away from the things that make Pet Shop Boys awesome. All the other tracks are fairly forgettable and/or regrettable. I just don't get most of
