Bad Astronaut - Houston: We Have a Drinking Problem

Houston: We Have a Drinking Problem marks a major step forward for Bad Astronaut both in scope as well as focus. On this album they emerge as less of a fun side project and more of a fully-realized band.

Houston: We Have a Drinking Problem still employs a pop-punk approach, but it also mixes and folds in a number of other ingredients including space-age glam, folk, indie, power pop, and probably others I'm forgetting. If you want a brief overview of what this album is all about, take a listen to "If I Had a Son." Better yet, give the whole thing a listen. It's a very good album, and one of the better things to come out of the pop punk movement.

Baleeted? No. We support evolution...in music...and otherwise as well I suppose.
